Sent it in for repair due to ONE missing crystal on plate. They were really nice to hunt for a brand new plate from Paris, got it shipped back and replace the whole plate without any charge. The bag in the sealed paper bag was sitted at the corner of my table for 2 weeks until I decided to open it today. My next target should be the Large Shopping Tote.
