got this today to prepare for days where pa cannot swallow the food or has no appetite. i am kiasu but i just want to prepare for a condusive environment. also for mum to prepare food fast. she waste so much time cooking. she is so stubborn and afraid of anything. when something happens, she freaks out and we tell her to do this and that she would say don't scare her, never do before.

still deciding on a water filter. uv sterilisation? alkaline/acidic water? so many different products. since water is to be consumed, i dare not buy any product on the shelf. i still need more information.

ordered Osim iLife in white, will collect it tml and paul gonna send it over.


mum is so stubborn, told her NO SALT and NO SUGAR. she doesn't believe. SALT and SUGAR bad for the cells, because they feed and grow bigger. of course we want to KILL the bad cells. mummy just won't listen. I am so tired of telling her NO.

i am still finding jobs, find more money, trying to find time to read thru a few pages of CFA.
