My cousin, Ben got a room for Edna and I the night before the wedding so that we could help around on the actual day. This is the first time I checked into a local hotel. It was tiring, yet I was touched by the marriage. I have an urge to settle down. Not a grand wedding, but a simple affair between the two of us. I do not need a fancy gown, a grand ballroom, heavy makeup, beautiful flowers, lovely photography..

A little dream of mine. A lovely garden with lots of colorful flowers. With the witness of closed friends and relatives, it shall be where my solemenisation will take place. Then after a simple but cosy buffet in the garden with people whom I love and those who love me.

PS: I have over 800 photos to upload. The next week shall be the start of job-hunting week. I need to clear my wardrobe, it is exploding (yet again). Spend some quality time reading some good books over a cup of warm hot mocha. I plan to start work in July. Wish me luck.

Tomorrow is my last day at LCMS. I can't wait to leave this place. Bye Bye J-ass.

This looks yummy. I'm deciding whether to get Chanel 2.55 Reissue. Or with the money, I could pamper ourselves during the trip and get lots of clothes / dresses / shoes and more bags. I need a big tote bag just in case I need to lug files or my laptop home in future. And I do not wish to carry them on my hands. I want my professional look. I'm preparing for the new chapter in my life. kiasu or an excuse? *tsk tsk

Not Fatty but my "New" Rote Tote Bag. It has been hiding in my wardrobe for the past 4 years with the tag on. I cut off the tag today and attached the blingy star on it.

I'm excited about the trip but the planning and rushing drained all my energy away. We booked the hotels for the entire trip but decided to go really Free and Easy. Sound exciting isn't it? I hope so. So, I took a little nap this afternoon and was woken up by my mum. She stuffed a stack of Blue Singapore Notes into my hands and mumbled. I woke myself up and hear her out. She took out part of her saving to fund my trip. That's really sweet of her. With that money I could pay part of my Chanel Bag. But I rejected her offer. Mainly becos she has retired and I did not want to use her saving. I am able to afford for this trip. But she insisted on giving me some Blue Notes. So to make everyone happy, I returned her the 18 pieces and kept 2 pieces (: Then she gave me another 8 pieces. So motherly. I took her it's ok. But she told me to keep it and return her the balance. Jokingly I said there will be no remains if I bring the notes along. We laughed! In the end, she gave me another 2 pieces to make herself happier. So I have 4 pieces of Blue Notes from Mummy! It's the thought that counts. Thank You (: Don't worry, the funds will not go into buying the Chanel Bag. I will spend wisely. I'll be good.

Mummy wants me to bring both my Boots to London so that I can wear them as they have been rotting at home for years. Green or Suede or Both? I've packed 3 dresses and 3 pairs of thights in my luggage. I look forward to dressing up in London. (: The weather in Singapore is killing me.

On a side note, all the contact lens that I ordered from both shops did not come. I urgently need a pair for this trip!!! HELP!

out of the 8 day holidays, we only managed to confirm the hotel for the first 3 days. even so, we have not planned the itineary for these 3 days. perhaps it is a guy's instinct that they just pick the first offer that they found without spending more time checking for better deals. and just by listening to some random people that place XX is worth visiting, they would immediately add that to their itineary. the cost factor did not ever occur to them. i almost died sitting next to him yesterday when we were trying to book the hotel and my air ticket.

so much so that i wish to visit germany to be close to the smurfs, understanding the travel cost would increased, i shut off this thought. so bye bye smurfs, i wouldn't get to see you. typical guys would love to visit their fav soccer home stadium. so being the nice one, i included liverpool in the holiday. now he wants to go to scotland, the ticket is gonna cost a bomb. what's more we should be getting single ticket from London to Liverpool to Scotland to London.

this trip is a mad rush. and i am jobless wef June 1, 2009. if you know how many hundred thousand packs of masks or thousand bottles of cresson i must sell in order to save up this amount for the trip, you would not be so surprise that i am actually feeling the pain in my pocket. but please don't be mistaken that i have sold that many hundred thousand packs of masks or thousand bottles of cresson. my drawer is still filled with that many hundred packs of masks. in another example, i would need to teach an average of 250 hours of music to fund this trip, that will make up to about 42 sundays sloughing in the little music studio and this equals to 10.5 months of teaching. saving up to 70% of the commission, that would eventually take me a total of about 14 months of teaching on a sunday for consecutive 6 hours. wow! I have been so good that for the past 14 months, i saved hard. with an average saving of $400-500 per month, i should be able to afford my Chanel 2.55 Reissue after 7 months. And why is the bag still missing from my collection? because i decided to be good to save up for our future.

the trip is three days away. As for now, my only wish is to walk along Oxford street for a mega (budget) shopping spree, then step into Chanel and touch my dream bag despite not able to afford for it. You will not know how much I wish to be able to purchase it from overseas personally.

Perhaps I should find a job in Chanel or some jobs that require me to fly around the world, then I may get the chance. To think of what E told me the other day that I should leave this planning and administrative job to him, how I wish I could do that.

VERY Excited (again) :)

there is an urge to move out asap.. i have been surfing the wedding forum recently.. i cant stand them.. no where to escape to when i can't even go to HIS house. what kind of logic is this? being together for almost 2 years, the closest i've been is his corridoor.. hai..

it was an administrative day. i was in town running errands, glad that home is just 10 minutes away from town. the weather is terrible. despite wearing a sleeveless dress, i was perspiring and had to tie my hair up. i gave up trying to let my hair down like many girls to show off my straight rebonded hair. *tsk tsk. i was wondering how come some girls can bear the heat wearing jackets, cardigans and long sleeves top in this weather?

So I went from Far East to Shaw to Taka to Faber House @ Somerset to PS to Raffles City to CHANGI AIRPORT, then back to PS and Home Sweet Home.

so finally i sent my prada black bag in for cleaning @ Le Shine Far East Plaza Level 2. it costs me S$70 to clear up this bag. i bet this shop is earning like crazy because almost every single branded brand you ask for bag cleaning, they recommend Le Shine! the man who came after me had to pay S$90 for cleaning his suede bag due to the jean stain. i couldn't figure out the brand of the bag but i guess it mus be either an expensive one OR his favourite bag. if it's some brandless bag, i would not have paid that amount to remove the stain.

next i pop by SC @ shaw to retrieve a new password as i lost mine then i headed to taka to check out if there's nice clothes. but nah.. nothing nice for me. and so i walked under the hot burning sun with my esprit black umbrella to from taka to faber house somerset to repair my guess watch.

it is hilarous to hear that they rejected my guess watch because according to them, FJ Benjamin DID NOT launch this design and so they are unable to repair my watch. (*&^@#$%! what kind of logic is this man? Since You are the sole agent for this brand in this region, i don't understand how and why you could not fix it. i jus need a screw replacement. what is so difficult about it. crap! i was so pissed that i took my watch, showed super black faced and walked out. i believed everyone was stunned.

headed over to PS to fix my Samsung Soul HP. (yes yes everything seems to break down - HP, Laptop, My Beloved Electronic Organ, Watch, Myself = Chicken Pox .. hope the list ends here) Then went to look for Ms Chow and had a good chat with her. Shared with her my experience at LCMS and she agreed with me quitting the school.. "They have no respect for the teachers." i shall tell J off on my last day of work to remind him that if he doesnt show concern for his teacher, he will not be able to retain the teachers and eventually the students. For my case, a few parents are approaching me for private.. oh well..

anyway i went to raffles city to walk around while i was waiting for Paul to send him to work via the MRT!! haa.. so we walked around T3 and got some candies and snacks from Candy Empire. T3 is GST free so we saved 7% + 5% from the Staff Discount. Wahaha then i took the bus back to town. it was shocking to receive a sms from Samsung to say that my HP is ready for collection. SOO FAST??!!! ok no harm collecting it since it is on the way home though i am quite tired. i fell aslp on the bus soon...

ok so i am still slacking around, tml should be going out dating with Paul then had to teach for 1 hour for a makeup lesson. thurs we are going to JB to collect my glasses and i need to trim my hair. fri i'm going shopping with geraldine! sat? no plan.. sun - LCMS..

job hunting will start next week i guess. i wan to rest, slack, eat, play, date!!!

is it safe to go bangkok now? if not KL? i wan a holiday!
