when people around you look down upon you just because you are not familiar with the subject in their conversation and when you asked about it, they refuse to tell you. how would you feel especially when they are close to you? it's disgusting.

when you have just recovered yet unconfident with your appearance, you do not wish to face the world but no one support you. you tried your best to put on the best you could but no one held your hand to walk with you, it's lonely and uneasy.

how can i live my life with someone that left me alone to face this world and looked down on me.

being a daughter doesn't mean that you can throw money at me. even when i asked to hand over the money nicely, you chose to scold me for being rude. when someone else asked about it, you got angry and accused me of being unfillial. you want war, i give you war. i talked to you yet you refuse to reply, fine, it's war time.

too much happened today, this world is ugly.

28 April 2009, Tuesday marks the last day of school in NTU. I had my Final Energy Economics Paper in the morning. Chang came to my table and asked if i'm Ok showing me a "OK" hand sign and I replied with the same sign. Everyone near me in the exam hall looked at me..

the paper was ok and i had fun doing it. but i left my pink nike floral bottle in the hall, the one from paul. so right after the paper carene and i went over to jb.

we celebrated the end of our NTU life by pampering ourselves with a pair of new glasses. mine from levis with BLINGS @ RM400 and a pair of contact lens for the trip @ 35RM..sooo cheap. the glasses are gorgeous! can't wait to collect them next week. then we went to evogue for our medi, pedi and a wonderful hair treatment. i ended the day with a pint of chocolate baskin robbins from city square.

ironically, i'm going back to school today to hunt for my water bottle and to collect by energy report, heard he gave us an A, the highest score in class. thanks chang!

tonight i shall indulge in my pint of Chocolate Ice Cream

Sat was spent at home playing Mario Kart with Paul on DS. I won most of the races BUT in the end he won the last race by ONE POINT. Urgh! I shall practice and beat him the next time.

We headed to East Coast for dinner with my parents and he popped THE question (tsk tsk NOT that THE question!)

And they agree to let me travel to London on my own to MEET HIM!!! and so I am going to LONDON!!

May 14 to May 21 2009.
Though only 6 days but... better than nothing.

I would LOVE to visit Burberry Factory Outlet

Address: 29-53 Chatham Place, London E9 6LP
Telephone Number: 02089853344 (Use +44 if you are calling from abroad)
Opening Times: 10am - 6pm (Mon - Sat), 11am - 5pm (Sun)
How To Get There: Nearest tube station is Bethnal Green on the Central line which is a bus ride away from the outlet, Hackney Central is the nearest main railway station and is a 5 minute walk from there. You could also take a bus there depending on where you live/stay which may be an easier alternative. You can go to the London Transport website and use the journey planner to plan your route: http://www.tfl.gov.uk/

DO you know that this is the Burberry Actual Factory? hence the old stock or seconds items are returned here and placed on sale. I read the reviews of this place online, there are mixed reviews. Some say it is messy and not worth the trip while some managed to score some super good deal. Who cares! And yes yes yes I am so going to make a trip down one day. Paul has agreed! And hope i can find some good deals. Looking for trench coat (if below S$100, but highly unlightly) and a Work bag!

I shall prepare for my LAST Paper on 28 April 2009.
Next week's schedule has been all planned out:
28 April 2009 TUE
Energy Economics 9-12pm.
To JB with Carene: Eat, Buy Contacts, Pedicure & Hair
29 April 2009 WED
LCMS Makeup lessons
30 April 2009 THUR
LCMS Makeup Lessons
If' there's Seasons 8pm @ DC
Oh and yes I found an opening at DC.. I am SOO going to try for it..
hahaha
It's gonna be fun if I'm selected.
Wish ME LUCK!!

[Random Research]

Fun for all the family

Running throughout the month of May, Paris’ Foire du Trône is one of the largest and oldest country fairs in France, dating back to 957 when merchants met with farmers and producers to trade grain and rice. Nowadays the event incorporates a huge amusement park with arcades and roller coasters, as well as more traditional attractions such as a large Ferris Wheel, carousel rides and wandering acrobats, jugglers and fire-eaters. Check the Foire due Trône's programme of events for this year’s festivities.

Jazz Festivals
May certainly seems to be the month for all that jazz. From 10-25 May, Paris’ Rive Gauche will be swinging to the beat of the Saint Germain Jazz Festival as local and international musicians perform everything from electro-jazz to the blues. Then in Brussels, there is the Jazz Marathon from 29-31 May, a huge jazz party which will have the city hopping and be-bopping for one weekend. More than 450 musicians will perform in the city’s main squares (Grand Place, Place du Grand Sablon, Place Ste-Catherine and Place Fernand Cocq) as well as in 50 venues, clubs and hotels.

A night at the museum
Museums throughout France open for free for one night, offering a chance to whizz round some of the country's finest temporary and permanent collections until 1am. The date this year is 16 May. The Nuits des Musées is an initiative launched by the French Department of Culture in 2005. It opens up some 1000 museums throughout France and Europe to the public, against a background of debates, competitions, conferences and exhibitions, all for no charge. Special events and illuminations await in many of Paris and Lille’s major museums.

Celebrate Diversity
If you happen to be around on 16 May in Brussels, keep an eye out for the annual Brussels Gay Pride parade. It’s pretty hard to miss. The floats will leave from Boulevard Anspach, between the Bourse and Place Fontainas (in the direction of Gare du Midi), starting at 14.00 for an entertaining and colourful parade which winds its way through the streets of the centre of Brussels to the sound of music.

I'm very EXCITED!!

Energy Economics

After 2 weeks of meetings at CityHall Starbucks and 36 hours of hoarding this corner in NTU Can B for 3 consecutive days....

Photobucket
Look at how small Zihua's Mini Hp Netbook is! Arthur had problem trying to type.. It's really tiny, as compare to my Dell Laptop. I almost die of gastric pain in school last night, I did not take my dinner as I thought we could finish the paper and I could go home for dinner. And so I waited and waited and waited, but we left only at 1am++. Booked a cab, 4 of us hopped on, alighted Arthur at Hall 12, Zihua at Hall 10, Carene at Hazel Park Terrace and Me got home at 1.30am.

Good Job Guys! (:

The Paper is Completed @ 1am on 2 April, 2009:

A Report on the

Liberalisation of the Energy Sector in ASEAN

Chang, You better give us an A+! Haa, we worked really hard on this Project, it seems like another FYP man.. the tons of research, data collection, trial and error with the model and hours we spent to complete this project. Let's surprise the class on Monday with our wu-di presentation on the paper. I am gonna talk about the model, while Arthur is gonna start the presentation with the Underlying Theories. Despite how hard we tried to convince Carene to present on Monday, she refused.

This will be my last presentation in NTU
.
I am looking forward to it. I shall do a really good job.
I can't wait to impress Chang and the class! tsk tsk

Lots of fun hanging out with these three group mates. I must say other than the Davina and Limei (FYP), these people are the most interesting and fun guys to do a project with in my entire 4 years in NTU.. We eat, we stoned, we laughed, we talked, we get serious, we made fun of each other..
