i m pretty busy recently.

1. to complete the tons of assignments due in these couple of weeks
2. to arrange for make-up lessons with ALL my students since i am applying for TWO weeks exam leave @ lcms
3. the trouble i'm getting at home
4. the stress at lcms, deciding whether to send some of my students for exam
5. to go dating with paul

on each of the above, i have learnt some lessons:

1. a chat with dr j. goh changed my perspective in life. applying what he shared with us, i spent hours finding relevant articles/papers/journals, read them and make relevant links to my topic. i found joy in doing so and the process deepen my understanding in the subject.

2. i always try to be responsible in the things i do. i could easily leave to the school to arrange for relief teachers to take over my duties while i'm on exam leave. however, i did not do so. i made the effort to arrange for make-up lessons for ALL my students, explain to the parents and submit the form to the school. i did so bcos mainly i do not trust other people in taking over my job. sorry for that, but i rather taking the extra step to solve my own problem.
i could see that j was quite impressed with my duties. perhaps it's time i ask for an increment...

3. home: they r getting from bad to worst. this resulted in me escaping to school to complete my work n mug for the coming exam = the trouble to travel 1.5 hr to/fro sch and coming home so late each night. i think this is current temporary solution to this problem.

4. i ned to show results at lcms. a need to send them for exam. i wan an increment in commission.

5. paul: we are getting busier these days but trying hard to meet up for a simple meal. however i still can't believe the things he did for me to protect me and to ensure that i m living in a comfy environment.

********************************

i have been working non-stop for the past few days n i foresee for the coming weeks. yet, i find joy in it. i feel so alive again.

"i'm learning.. it has nv been so fun!"

+ time to slp, night +
