Guest's Gift

I went to the salon to get my hair styled for this wedding. I was quite happy with the result and many people including Georgina said I look good this evening. :) My ang bao for the day = $268. A lucky number for this happy couple.

Dad told me during the dinner that I can avoid having a wedding dinner in future unless I am able to afford it and not depend on the ang bao $ from my guests to help pay for the dinner. I was shocked that he would haf such thoughts. Paul was very happy when I told him what dad said. But I have always wanted a Cinderella's wedding celebration. The dream is to have a garden reception with lots of flowers + candles. Guests must be all dressed up for my reception. Ladies in dresses and Men in shirts + pants.

I was glad that my eyes recovered in time for the evening for me to put on my contacts. Paul and Carol told me to put on my glasses. Paul assured me that I m always pretty to him. Carol texted to tell me that Beauty + cannt see is better than Beauty + can see. haa..

Enough of partying. Time to rest (my eyes too!)
