As Paul had to attend a buddy's wedding dinner, i went home to slack n went to visit swspe BUT they were not ready so i left after 30mins. A wasted trip. Went home to explore my presents. IT has WIFI so i can surf the net. yahoo!

The day started off with a nice facial with yvonne and she gave me a nice shoulder massage. Either i was too tired that i fell aslp while doing the mask or it was just too comfortable.

Headed to Lucky Plaza to have my favourite Yong Tau Fu alone BUT the meat ball wasn't crunchy too so i gave my feedback and the ladyboss agreed as the meat ball was prepared by another staff today.

Afterwhich i received a call from Carol, she came to pick me and sent me home. We went home to get some office wear for Carene. I wanted to do my nails. Driving towards Raffles Town Club,
we found a nail shop at Bt Timah Shopping Centre and went to do our nails, while of course Ethan was around disturbing us but he was such a nice boy. Drove to Raffles Town Club, he played his games and we sat down for a drink to chit.

We had dinner at Bras Basah and i rushed to work at DC.

A tiring but happy day! :)

Went to work @ DC in the evening.. BUT Sebastian Tan met with an accident, fell down on stage during rehearsal n so he was not present tonight. Basically this concert is all about Christmas songs.

My feet were in pain since this afternoon bcos...

1) wore a new pair of shoes since my usual one is still in Carol's place n this pair has not been expanded yet, so it's still quite small.

2)we walked quite a bit.. from imm to jurong east, raffles city to DC

3)i stood for 1.5hrs @ dcluckily pa came to fetch me, n right after work, i removed my shoes n walked barefooted from the theatre back to the office, got changed n came down to wait for pa - ALL BAREFOOTED.

parent's classmate gathering n i tagged along bcos everyone NOES me n watched me grew up.. it's right tt i shld attend. anyway i wanna eat seafood. it was at hougang ave 1 blk 212.
uncle kai leong ordered 2nd serving of crabs for me since i love crabs so much, we had chilli crab followed by pepper crab. after the dinner, i haf decided no more crab for the next 3 mths.. had enuf.

infor literacy paper ended at 7pm. carene happens to b in the same exam hall, so we decided to do dinner after the exam n i dragged her to Botak Jones @ Clementi. (i had botak jones on sat but cant resist the temptation of the chips!) We chatted n ate soo much, it's so fun hanging out with carene, we haf so much to talk abt. came home n noticed tt our tv is missing from the living room, replaced by a smaller one tt looks v familiar.

me: where is the tv? upstairs ar?
pa: i bot a new one, this is the one.
me: don bluff me, this is from upstairs.
ma: we ordered a new tv, plasma 42"
me: r u sure? show me the evident
pa went to take the receipt n showed me
me: ok, hw big again?
pa: 42" PLASMA!
me: hang on the wall?
pa: no, don wanna hang.

as i walked into my room, i noticed pa changed my tv. he gave me his tv + the vcd player since i complaint tt mine is nt working...
me: I DON WAN A VCD PLAYER! i wan a dvd
pa: ok, will go n buy one.
me: thks ar! when is the new tv coming?
pa: this fri! will u b at home?
me: no lar, u settle it yourself
pa: mus pay by cash leh
me: u pay lar. can we change all the furniture to match the new tv?
pa: NO! cannt change anything.

in my mind i was thinking nvm it's ok, as long as i change those in my room. 1/2 of it done, the other 1/2 to play around after my exam. get rid of tt piano, change my desk n get a new bookshelf. yuppies!
so now we haf 7 tvs at home.. n each time, the one in the living room gets bigger n bigger BUT our living room is soo small.. the new one will cover the entire window lor.. pa simply has a weakness for electronic goods. ya we haf the entire theatre system at home n i remembered i had a pc when i was in pri3. imagine when i was pri3 i submitted my "project" printed out in chinese! i remembered my chinese teacher was so impressed.

econometrics paper on last fri was quite alright, i can say that choy was being kind. after the paper, watched stardust with paul. it was a nice movie. had a simple dinner n headed home. it was a little rewarded for studying hard for econometrics. thks dear!here comes a beautiful sunday, woke up at 11.30am. read the papers, slack a little n went down for brunch with my parents. din wanna go down since the mid sun is out n every1 noes tt miss tay HATES the sun. but i was so hungry tt i decided to go with them. mum told me to carry an umbrella but i felt lazy to hold the umbrella n walk 110 steps to the market... so.. with my NY Yankees cap, we headed to the market for chicken rice n rojak!

2 more papers to go.. infor literacy tml, with the many tips given, i shall work hard n aza! afterwhich, 1 week later will b development economics! yahoo! paul promised to reward me for working hard! i will aza to get my little rewards! :)

life is gd for ms tay, with a loving boyfriend, a loving big sister (caroline) n loving parents.. pa is soo lucky,he keeps winning 4d n me will demand a token of his winning, the typical only daughter's behaviour! n yes, he won again today! yahoo! :)

it's a miracle. i started studying today for econometrics (paper on fri 16nov). started around noon till 3pm.. took a nap.. woke up around 4+ n continued.. in the evening, went to the supermarket to stock up food cos i realised there's no food for me at home! the battle to last for 2 weeks.. aza!

the night i returned home, i cant slp.. woke up at least 3 times in the middle of the night, as wat i have been doing when at c's house. cos the babies will always wake up n cry.

Mon 12nov
Day 1 at home. i woke up at 7am. but told myself to sleep in till 9+
it's a happy day today bcos it's paul's day off! yuppies. cant wait to see him again. we slacked at home for a while before we headed to ikea..visited the clinic cos he's still unwell.. n went for lunch in ikea. then headed to our usual place central to slack.. he entertained me with many of his lamn jokes n headed to chinatown for desert. poor boy sent me home despite he was soo unwell.. gave him his lego - firefighter boat today.. i bought from metro on sat after kawai when there was a sales! i wanted to play with it but we din haf time to fix it cos according to him it will take hours.. nvm..shall play with it when it's done!

slept @ 2am last night to rush Development Economic Paper. woke up by 6am today as the babies were making lots of noise n ewan hugged my leg in the middle of the night. prepared ewan for sch, played with evan for a while n decided to make a healthy lunch for everyone today. started cooking at 9.30am..made soup, steamed fish, stir fried vegetables n fried tomato egg..done n cleaned up the kitchen by 11am n went to shower. ethan n evan returned home when i'm out of the shower, carol bought food back n the boys were eating the food that she bought. she thought i made only soup, so she went to buy 2 vegetables, fried prawns, fish ball soups and chicken.

12.10pm, sent ethan to sch with carol, collected my camera at canon harbor front, went back to my house to leave the camera for my cousin n returned back to meng garden. poor paul is waiting downstairs for me, went home by 2+ n got paul to go up together. carol sent grace to sch n went to meet karmeni.

dear spent the day playing with evan n ewan, n they were all v happy. i was totally drained n KO. marygen was busy with the household chores. carol came back only around 7pm. i asked for permission to haf dinner with paul after her nv ending conversation with me. had a simple meal with dear but i was v happy n we went grocery shopping at ntuc to stock up food for me. even though he did not eat any of the food i prepared for him, i was v happy that he came to visit me n brought me lots of delicious kweh! our favorite!

today should be the first and last time i will prepare a meal for her family.

ethan failed his english exam badly.. sometimes i jus wondered shld i jus give him up n find other students which gives me less trouble n i do not haf to endure the nonsense that he gives me. on top of that, the effort i haf to put in for c n her family.

perhaps i'm jus too tired today. n i did not get my beary hug. he gave them all to the 2 boys.

dear, i m tired. quite tired helping out at c's place. it is the tution teacher (that is ME) that wakes up at 7am to prepare her son for sch n send her son down to take the sch bus. attend class with her youngest son, play with them in the afternoon before they slp n after they wake. entertain the sons when the parents haf to go out. n when the babies r aslp, haf to entertain the mother with her never ending conversation even when i m trying to do my work. last night she kept chatting with me while i m sitting in front of the lappy trying to rush out my paper. In the end, i was 1 hour late for the submission. i knew i'm in big trouble. n every night i try n do my work only when everyone is in bed till late. most nights i cant slp well, firstly bcos the mattress is not good, the babies keep waking up n cry in the middle of the night, n i wake up by 6+ every morning.

weelig came home at 1am+ n said, "every night late night".
i replied, "yah, no choice, cant study in the afternoon."
weelig, " i told carol, she doesnt believe me."
me, "it's ok. gd night"

how long more can i survive? first paper next fri. gd luck.

it's a simple but beautiful Saturday. a nice nap, with a simple dinner n a gd show spending with the dearest in life..i m a happy girl today. trapped in carol's house, paul came to visit today.i was very happy to see him again n i hugged him like a little girl..i was a bad girl when i din allow him to leave at 7+ to catch the match he wished to n was told off by carol but he stayed n watched "Children of Heaven" with me.

i shall b a gd girl n try to do my econs paper now.. he shld b watching the matches n i shall b gd n not disturb him.

wor 3.5 years i'm free

to my surprise i m able to complete my course in 3.5years! which means 1 more year in NTU n thats it!.. gd that i haf been taking 6 modules for the past 5 sem n soooo i'm left with only 1FYP, 8 Econs electives, 1 electives from STS n 2 Electives from anywhere.. yuppies! 2 more sem to go n i'm done. will try n do a special sem so that for next sem (Y3 Sem2), i will do 4 econs electives n try start on FYP n 2 elective OR 5 econs electives n 1 normal elective .. n the last sem will b FYP n 4 econs electives! hurray! cheers! celebration!
